I am the Admin Officer for the International College of Dentists. We have a Snapforms account. I have successfully created and used several Snapforms. My question is: When I first created our Snapforms account, for some reason, I must have chosen the username of “icdaustralasiasection”. All of our other accounts with various apps that require a login uses our email address as the username – admin@icdsectionviii.org. To try to rectify this, I created a new user in our Snapforms account and can successfully login as “admin@icdsectionviii.org”. Of course, there are no forms there. I was hoping I could migrate all our forms from the “icdaustralasiasection” user into the new “admin@icdsectionviii.org” user section but can’t see a way to do this. Is this possible? Is this something you would have to do for us? Importantly, we have several active forms in use at the present. Would moving them make them inactive? This is something we prefer done but it is not urgent, and we definitely do not want to do this if there is a chance it will disable our existing active forms. This is the only app we subscribe to that does not use our email address as the username to login, so we would eventually like to change this if it can be done painlessly.
